Who is Gregory?
Gregory is a 14 year old with unmanaged diabetes and learning disabilities.
Why does G need a CGM?
Gregory has a few "special needs". He has been treated over the years for the following:
- Pervasively Developmentally Delayed
- Attention Deficit Disorder
- Fine-Motor Skill Deficit :: iirc @1%ile
- Sensory Processing Disorder (treated at Easter Seals)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (presents as "Asperger's-ish but talks too much". Rxd Risperidone & Ritalin/Adderall)
- Dyslexic (Dx was "visual spacial something")
- Type 1 Diabetic since 2nd grade
- Didn't walk until after eye surgery at 16mths
- von Willebrand's disease
- Prematurely born at 33w (triplets)
- Given a 1 on 1 for 5th grade and after social promotion through grades 1-4 he "exceeded expectations" by end of 5th grade
